Elevens are a ladder type workout with 2 exercises. The total reps always equals 11, starting with 1 rep of exercise 1, and 10 reps of exercise 2. Continue with 2+9, 3+8, … 9+2, 10+1.
3 stations in a triangle about 25 yards apart from each other.
Station 1: Elevens with cinder block curls & cinder block tricep extensions
Bear Crawl to Station 2
Station 2: Elevens with Burpees & Squat Thrusters
Jog to station 3
Stations 3: Elevens with Monkey Humpers & Jump Squats (not baby jumps, really explode)
Jog to station 1
