Warm up, then to the marked out 100 yards for the Iron Pax portion of the workout.   

25 hand-raise Merkins, 100 yard bear-crawl; 25 hand-raise Merkins, 100 yard bear crawl,

Radar, somewhere around 11:00

Then to the pavilion, and do 12 burpees as a timer.  The exercises were done in pairs or threes with the pairings or groups determined by whoever was closest to in the IronPax challenge. 

Dips, LBC or WWII sit-ups, Mountain-climbers, pull-ups, Monkey Humpers, Merkins

Great group of guys this morning, and as has become customary of late, Brady Bunch and DQ paced us all.
