WarmOrama:
Plank and five core principles were recited in proper order. Thus no penalty. Mission of F3 was on point and about small men as usual. Runners stretch, into preacher, and finished with pigeon. Switched legs. Did some neck rolls and Mikey Phelps too. Then finished the warmup with SSH IC to 50. Because you know. I made it to the 5th Floor. Happy birthday to me!

Tha Thang:
AMRAP
* 24 Hindi Squats
* 24 UG Merks
* 24 Walking Lunge Steps
* Take off around the tree of life to the parking spaces from Tue’s workout.
* Run The Gauntlet -pick 5 of the 6 exercises performed last Tuesday, 10 reps the hard way. 5 times 10 gets you the fine age of 50.

Then mosey back around the tree of life and back to the start. Rinse and repeat. YHC only made it a handful of rounds. But you know what…he’s 50 and has his name on the back of his Ranger P’s. Win-win.

COT:
Background: U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Edwardo Loredo, 34, of Houston, TX, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82d Airborne Division, based in Fort Bragg, NC, was killed on June 24, 2010 in Jelewar, Afghanistan, when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.

He is survived by his wife, First Sergeant Jennifer Loredo; his daughter, Laura Isabelle; his stepdaughter, Alexis; and his son, Eduardo Enrique.

Announcements: Freedom 10K run at GSU next weekend 19 April, Pooler OG convergence 26 April, and lots of initial planning going on in the background for F3 Coastal Empire 10-yr anniversary in Nov.

Naked Moleskin:
1) Ranger P’s do not require underwear, BC. They are already built in!
2) ShakeIt wishes he would have gotten his F3 name on the back of his RP’s as well.
3) The birthday cake man. It has bourbon 🥃
4) Cheddar with the return of the can of whoop 🚩 with exercises written on tongue depressors. Not his handwriting though.
5) Many thanks to all who chose to spend their workout time here at the UG. 50 is only a number but super thankful to be a part of this group. Iron sharpens iron. And like Mother Theresa says, “we belong to each other”. The responsibilities we bear as fellow humans to each other runs deep with this group of men. Yes 50 is a milestone. But our desire to “do small things with great love” is what matters most.

Pledge, pray, and on our way!
