Michael Phelps OYO with review of F3 Mission
Through the Tunnel OYO while we discuss what "serving" a small workout group means:
Volunteering to lead a workout, planning the workout ahead of time, setting up early, showing up for others, picking up the 6, holding standards for form, exhortation for hard work/additional reps. Serving is about the other guy, not about you.
Disclaimer: Modify as necessary today with extra weight/hazards as part of the workout.
Tha Thang:
A few of my coupons were getting too dusty in the garage, so I wanted to bring them out. Plus, I found a good use for a Snatch Block with our rope climb fixture to create a sandbag hoist (called the Hercules Hoist at a Spartan event). Worked pretty well!
AMRAP circuit with the following stations:
100 yard sled run with 90#s
100 yard bucket carry with ~60# of rocks
Run up and over the large landscaping rocks
10 inverted body weight rows while gripping BCs power balls and feet up on a bucket
Atlas carry (45# KB sandbag) halfway around R-12 Lake (so named for when he put us in that retention pond on a cold February Saturday a few years back)
Rifle carry (same 45# KB sandbag) the other half of R-12 Lake
60# Sandbag Hoist
4 "B" Bridges
1. Burpee Bridge
2. Bear Crawl Bridge
3. Broad Jump Bridge
4. Bunny Bridge (as in Murder Bunnies, not Bunny Hops)
Most got through 1.75 laps,1 group got through 2 rounds I think.

Tighten up the circuit so we can get more station work/reps
80# on the hoist
Add some WD-40 to that brand new but very squeaky snatch block
Great to see Cheddar Biscuit and Woo Hoo at the OG this gloom!
Y playground cleanup and fellowship tomorrow. Workout at 0630, cleanup starts at 0730.
Grateful for the opportunity to lead. My next Q is 3/10.
