First an announcement – Hoochie will set up a sensory tent / safe cry space under the pavilion prior to the next Q he leads, if he ever makes that mistake again.
Line at usual field starting line/cones. Three more rows of cones set up. Ran out of cones so LACROSSE goal used as fourth row/cone. Workout OYO. Perform exercise reps. When complete, lunge walk with cindy to designated cone, drop cindy, perform suicides in reverse cone order, ending up back at cindy, recover block and lunge walk back to start for next exercise. As of this time, there were no complaints and no questions. Nobody's morning meds had worn off, and no one needed a nap. Things fell apart pretty quickly once comfort zones were pushed.
Exercise #1: with cindy, perform straight leg dead lift –> cindy curl –> cindy OHP = 1 rep. Perform 100 reps

Exercise #2: with cindy – exercise called for 150 shrugs. First huge mistake. Should have said upright rows. Quickly attempted to demonstrate how to perform properly so as to challenge yourself and focus on shoulders. my lord this group was entertaining… we had some shrugs, something with just lifting it straight up in the air (maybe call this new exercise "Simba" because it looked like Manscape was presenting the Lion King every rep), some bent over rows, some OHP, and someone gave out dime-store medical advice and did about 38 half-curls. Bigsby switched to golf swings and somehow didn't tear his rotator cuff. Kia gave out valid medical/personal opinions that the actual correct exercise was good, but 150 reps would be bad for shoulders. Reps were reduced to something around 100.

Exercise 3: cindy bell swings – again, QiC was stupid and put 200 reps. This was reduced to 100, i believe. Someone talked alot and did half-curls

Exercise 4: with cindy, standing American Hammers / trunk twists. maybe two people tried to do it and did the form properly. Some were rocking a concrete baby. some were doing bent over rows. one complained a lot and did half-curls. QiC said screw it and ended it after 5 minutes of standup comedy acts
