With the hope of continuing to get strong
A little frogger and cup of pain with a few miles gained
With smiles they swiftly moved
Okay perhaps a grimace or two
But a pursuit of getting better nonetheless
Chief always strong, despite lingering cramps, impressed
5+ miles was their feat
They finished up with ease, but Bogey can't eat
So off to Parker's for coffee instead
