Tha Thang:
Partners switch up doing modes of transportation while the other does AMRAP exercises. Once each partner has completed the 4 cones the partners move onto a different AMRAP exercise. Rinse and repeat the cone drills.
AMRAP Exercises: (1) Merkins; (2) Thrusters; (3) Sit-ups; and (4) Cindy Swings
Cone 1: Lt. Dans with Cindy (right and left lunge + squat) to first cone. Do 5 Blockies. Return to baseline. Switch with partner. Rinse and repeat.
Cone 2: Bear crawl to cone 2. Do 5 burpees. Return to baseline. Switch with partner. Rinse and repeat.
Cone 3. Rifle Carry to cone 3. Do 5 blockies. Return to baseline. Switch with partner. Rinse and repeat.
Cone 4. Sprint to other end of field. Do 5 burpees. Sprint back. Switch with partner. Rinse and repeat.
Move onto to next AMRAP exercises. Repeat cone drills.
