5 rounds- 5 minutes per round
200m run followed by an exercise of 30 reps then another 200m run back to beginning. There we did as many burpees as possible with the remaining 5 minutes.
5 exercises included- squats, American hammers, Bonnie Blair’s, LBC’s, and SSH
Totaled- 415 burpees in the group.
