Tha Thang:
Grab Cindy and start on one side of the parking lot. Ladder work- start with 10 reps, run down and back, move block forward then do 20, repeat.
10- man makers
20- kettle bell swings
30- lawnmower pulls
40- ohp
50- curls
60- gas pumpers
70- Cindy squats
80- flutter kicks
90- toe taps
100- block chest press
Finish with a 1 mile jog to cool down.
