Meet at parking lot with dumpster. Start at curb by dumpster. Rifle carry 4 parking spots. Do 1 burpee and mosey back to starting point. Mosey back to Cindy and trifle carry 4 more spaces do 1 burpee. Mosey back to starting point. Continue same process full length of parking lot. 4 stops total.
Go to big parking lot in back. Play Thunderstruck. Hold Cindy in low OHP position and every time they say “Thunder” execute an OHP. Don’t rest Cindy on chest during long breaks between Thunder.
For remainder of time complete following OYO at your pace
Starting at first island buy in is 5 Colosseums. Then complete 10 WW1 sit-ups. Rifle carry to middle island and do 20 Tri-cep extension (leave Cindy). Run to last island and do 39 calf raises. Buy out is 3 burpees. Run back to first island and rinse and repeat adding 1 rep each lap
Take Cindy home.
