With the tunes playing and five cones placed in a star like position each cone point was assigned a number 1 through 5. The center cone was our meeting place. The pax would multiply 10 times the number that was assigned to the cone. At that location you are too do, that number of merks, curls, WW2, squats, then rifle carried to the center cone for 20 SSH, 20 Imp Walkers, 5 burpees. Pax was given a choice where to which star point we were to travel to. Pax chose to start at 5 and work their way down 👇, after each point we all met in the center.
