100 Jumping Jacks. Get the blood flowing!
100 Bodyweight Squats. Controlled and steady.
100 Push-Ups. Modify to knees or incline if needed.
60 Second Plank. Stay strong, focus on form. (Second, Third & Fourth Round Do Not Decline).
High Knees (25 per leg). Get those knees up nice and high! (Second, Third & Fourth Round Do Not Decline).
Take a 15 second rest between rounds.
.25 mile run (Must Complete .25 Mile Run Each Round).
4 Rounds Decline By 25 Each Round.
COT:
While there wasn’t a “circle of trust” for this session, we did maintain accountability through a Slack post. Each of us shared the workout we completed. Brady, Bunch, DQ, and Snuggie met at the site in front of the football field to execute “The Thang.”
For my part, I completed three rounds of the workout, totaling 225 reps. This included:
Three 60-second planks,
Three sets of 25 high knees, and
A ¾-mile run with a 20-lb vest.
Each of us modified our workout as needed to suit our abilitiys at the time of the workout, and we all executed the plan to the best of our desired outcome..
