YHC will celebrate 44 years next week. Due to being OOT next we celebrated today! It was explained that 4+4=8…..so we did a lot of 8’s!
4 roads lead to the TOL. About half way down each road a cone was placed. Each cone had a favorite workout of YHCs. Every time we returned to the TOL on the at to the next cone we executed some merks!
Cone 1 – 8 Spartan Burps

Cone 2 – 8 Crunchy frogs (4 count)

Cone 4 – 8 Flutter kicks (4 count)
