Partner Up: One Brick, One Soccer Ball (carry brick, dribble soccer ball everywhere, switch as required).
Mosey to hill by stop sign. DORA: 2 rounds – murder bunny uphill, reverse murder bunny downhill, 5 BBJO; partner doing WW3 situps with soccer ball.
Mosey to Old Turf Fields. 10 minutes as many goals as possible. 10 merkin/situp per kick, take turns kicking from one goal around U to other goal. You can also Punt ball over both fences, if you miss 50 Burpees per partner.
Mosey to Tennis Courts. 8 minutes Dodgeball free for all (tennis balls, small soccer balls, large soccer balls). 10 situp buy-in.
Mosey back to COT.
