Meet at the goal line – one partner rows, one partner burpee broad jumps (10 yards) 10 squats/10 KB Swings, 10 curls /10 OHP and switch MOT with partner every 10) rinse and repeat until you’ve completed 100 yards) . Everyone completes squats until all have finished the drill.
