Mosey backway to MES Playground
Timer: 10 pullups, switch partners. Other two complete abs exercise of choice. Total: 30 pullups each. Ankles to bar until everyone got done.
Mosey out to MES Perimeter Road.
One team member shoulder carry brick. Other 2 Karaoke to next light pole.
At every light pole, switch Brick carrier. Other 2 backpedal to next light pole.
At next light pole, switch Brick Carrier, board jumps.
At pickup line overhead supports, change every 5th support.
Brick carrier completes one OHP for every step; other two one-leg hops, alternate with broad jump.
Sprint to end of MES gym.
3-min Roman Chair pass the Brick.
5 Wall Climbs with Handstand Pushup at top.
Mosey over to side of Gym. 5 Penalty Kicks (PK) stations. 5 Burpee penalty for keeper if the ball scores, 5 Burpee penalty for kicker if ball does not score. As many PKs in 10 minutes.
Sprint back to COT, place Bricks back enroute.
