Woke up Cindy and went straight to work…4 Exercises and 4 MOT were on the Weinke.
30 Curls on knees- Rifle Carry 30 yards
30 WWI's-Bear Crawl 30 yards
30 Squats- Lunge walk 30 yards
30 Chest Press- Murder Bunny 30 yards
After completing 4 sets we ran to the second light pole, completed 10 Hand release Merks, ran back to Rinse and repeat. Great work by all, all got better.
