Mosey to the church and get set up in the side parking lot
Do 25 reps of the 1st exercise
Mosey 25 yards
Do 3 burpees
Mosey back
Repeat until you finish all the reps in the 1st exercise and then move to the next. Continue until you finish all the exercises.

I cut the reps from the original workout but was still ambitious. We only made it to the merkins. Original workout was also AMRAP in 53 minutes. We only had about 35 minutes.

Numbers are way better these last 2 weeks. Y’all keep it up! Continue inviting others as well. Spread hopes to have a few more FNG’s soon. For some reason we always get FNG’s around Iron Pax time. Seems like a good way to break them in and see if they will stay.
