Start with a block exercise and something else
Mosey to neck pole at increasing speed each round, eventually becoming a full sprint between the trees
Arrive at neck pole, 3 burpees, something abs.
Slow mosey back to start.
Repeat.
Sprints can be done… but require good stretching and a gradual warmup to avoid injury.
