run 1/2 lap then do 15 BB sit-ups, run 1/2 lap then do 15 U-HAULs
run 1/2 lap then do 20 mountain climbers (hard way), run 1/2 lap then do 20 dips (w/ Cindy)
run 1/2 lap then do 25 hand-release Merkins, run 1/2 lap then do 25 curls (w/ Cindy)
Repeat the above cycle while doubling all the rep quantities. We got exactly two cycles in.
