Olympic Games. 2 teams competed at 3 competitions.
1) Gymnastics
10 pull ups
20 Merkins
30 Cindy Squats
Did as many sets as we could in 15 minutes. Team with most reps won.
2) Track and Field
1 member of each team runs a lap stopping at each bench to do 20 mtn climbers. Rest of team is doing 20 BB sit ups, 20 side lunges, and 20 rows. Each team member runs the lap. This was a race.
3) Swimming
Bear Crawl Race
Team lines up at cones holding high plank. First team member does 20 American Hammers and bear crawls to second team member. This is repeated until last team member crosses finish line. This too was a race.
We won’t say who won, great competition all around.
