Warm up consisted a good bit of legs/lower body due the the workout including a good bit of moving.
Vest up and move to “The Stretch”.
Tha Thang:
Start on one end of the stretch with 25 SSH and moving to the other end of the stretch for 25 SSH.
In the middle, there were 5 stations to go through with lungs in between.
5 Burps and then lung
25 Squats and then lung
5 Burps and then lung
25 Squats and then lung
5 Burps
Simple, yet brutal. The humidity did not help.
COT:
The gauntlet is a metaphor for life. Sometimes everything can be running smooth and then you have disruption after disruption after disruption. The difference is do you have someone running beside you to keep you moving forward. When you stumble, do you stumble forward or backwards?
