death star – 5 stations (WWII, LBC, OHP, Curls and Squats) around the central station aka the death star (5 burpees). After starting with 5 burpees, each PAX carried their cindi to one of the outer stations and performed the indicated exercise (10 reps). Upon completion, the PAX returned to the death star to perform 5 more burpees. This continued until each PAX had visited all 5 stations. The PAX then ran a prescribed distance around the parking lot to then return to the death star and repeat 2 more rounds. After returning cindi and running back to the flag, the PAX did a round of Mary…various forms of pain with 2 burpees performed between each Mary exercise.
