Two stations. One at the beginning of the parking lot and the other at the last island by the basketball goal.
Do one exercise at a station and run to the next and do an exercise there. Back and forth for 6 sets at each station
Station 1- 25 burpees, 20 blockees, 15 colosseums, 25 thrusters, 20 KB swings, 15 grave diggers
Station 2- 50 merkins, 50 Carolina dry docks, 50 LBCs, 50 dips, 50 WW2, 50 flutter kicks
