Wake Cindy up and meet at big parking lot

Imagine Dragons- Thunder. Hold Cindy in down position and do curl every time they say Thunder (BTW it’s a lot)

List of 10 exercises. 25 reps each. After each set run to island and do 10 Bobby Hurleys and race someone back to original start line. (DONT PULL A HAMSTRING)

As time is called rifle carry (as long as you can). Walk length of big parking lot and back up to church and back out and to Cindy’s locker.
