Cones were spread out approximately 10 yard, 25 yards, and 50 yards from the starting line.
Pax 1 performed AMRAP primary exercise while Pax 2 bear crawled to first cone, performed 10 bicycle sit-ups (hard way) and then bear crawled back to starting line. Partners then switched places.
Pax 1 performed second set of same AMRAP primary exercise while Pax 2 did lunges with cindy to second cone, performed 3 blockies, then rifle carried cindy back to starting line. Partners then switched places.
Pax 2 performed third and final set of same AMRAP primary exercise while Pax 2 sprinted to third cone and back. Partners then switched.
After the third set, a new AMRAP primary exercise was performed while Pax continued to perform the same 3 sets of cone exercises. There was a total of 8 AMRAP primary exercises which included the following:
1. BDE Merkin (Hand release merkin, then peter parkers (R/L))
2. Cindy Squats
3. Big Boy Sit-Ups
4. KB Swings
5. Thrusters
6. Curls
7. Single-Arm Rows
8. LBCs
The group finished 3 sets of all 8 exercises.
