Tha Thang:
Workout was designed with a group of 4 in mind so YHC split pax Into a group of 4 and group of 2.
Group of four further split into 2 groups of 2 (Group A and Group B)
Group A: Rotation between
Chest toss with 40-50 lb sandbag and bear crawls. The two partners were to flip back and forth every 10 yards as they worked their way down the field.
Group B: Exercise was used as the timer. Pax were to run a bleacher lap, one pax were to do a flight of bleachers while the other pax was at the bottom and completed Merks. Unless you’re Tutti and Octagon, they modified up to burpees!
Once Group B made it around the bleachers and back to where Group A was on the field, the two Groups would swap exercises. Two rounds of each exercise option were completed.
