Tha Thang:
6 Spartan-esque stations with running in between. Has to adjust a little so that PAX didn't bunch up waiting for obstacles.
Station 1: Pull Bars Traverse – move around the pull-up bars around the entire square without letting feet hit the ground (simulates the multi-rig/blender/twister obstacles)
Station 2: Big Tire Flip – 50 yds, leave at the come for the next man
Station 3: Playground monkey bars with BCs new “power balls” … transition from monkey bars to balls to bars. Modify (or add) a power Ball hold for as long as you can
Run a lap around the outside of the baseball fields
Station 4: Bucket carry – 100 yds down/100 yds back
Station 5: Forearm/ Wrist Twister with 20#
Station 6: Rope climb back at pull-up bars (doesn't extra time here working on J-hook technique with all pax)
Run 1 full back parking lot lap before restarting at pull-up bars traverse (we didn't get to this)
We finished only 1 round with a little over 2 miles, but then added on a final tire flip (5 flips per pax) and a power Ball hold. Beads got 33 seconds!!!
