A ripoff of SnL's Monday workout.
Divided into 4 teams of 2.
In stadium … center was "home plate", + 4 stations around the edge.
Do 5 burpees in the center … run to station X, do exercise, run back to center, 5 burpees, run to station Y, etc.
Reps at each station were either 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 (depending on which token you drew).
Exercises: Sta 1: WW2, Am Hammers, Flutter K's, Sta 2: Deep squats, Monkey Humpers, Squat Jumps, Sta 3: Merk's, Diamond Merk's, HR Merks, Sta 4: Mtn Climber's, LBC's, Dollies.
After 1 cycle through the stations (1-4), run a lap, and do the next round of exercises, etc.
Finished by doing motivators … starting at 6 … and some stretching.
