Tha Thang:
Planned workout was modified due to lightening. Ran and grabbed a Cindy and back to the Portico. Did a Tabata workout with 42 seconds of work and 18 seconds of rest. Movements were as follows:
Curls
Cindy Squats
Floor press
Calf raises with Cindy
Wall sits
Lunges
Bent over Row
Split squats (switch legs half way)
Triceps
Monkey Humpers
60 sec rest between sets. Completed 3 sets.
Finished with 42 seconds of LBC’s and 42 seconds of flutters.
