YHC picked up the Q and improvised a bit.
First, mosey as a group around the parking lot.
Then, do a classic Quarter Pounder with (5) burpees, (25) merkins, (50) LBCs, (75) squats, (100) SSH. Next,
mosey around the lot again, this time stopping at the playground to do (10) pull-ups. Then, repeat the Quarter Pounder, but this time repeat each step (build up ladder style) during each round. YHC called for a modification to (20) reps each exercise for the last round. Finish off with a little boat/canoe.
