Tha Thang:
4 Cones set up in a square.
Pax workout inside the square.
5 minute timer for 5 rounds.
17 reps and then travel around the cones, sliding to the left, running forward, sliding to the right and running backwards.
Come back to the middle 9 burpees, rinse and repeat until timer, then a 2 minute timer started. You had to travel around the cones again, hit your burpees and then you could rest until the 2 minutes was up.
Exercises: all with cindy: Squats, merkins, curls, OHP, kettlebell swings
