Partner Up, and See attached pic of workout. BOMBS with most people getting to the second B, maybe one or two groups getting to "S". Much public ridicule was showered upon the fastest group, questioning form and moral fiber. Fauci kept reminding us "Nowhere to hide!" during the Q and you were on full blast if you were slack
After a letter exercise was completed, partners run a lap with two workout stations, and then start next letter.
Station 1: Mountain Climbers – Laps 1&2, 10 reps hard way; Laps 3&4, 20 reps hard way
Station 2: Big Boy Sit-ups – Laps 1&2, 15 reps; Laps 3&4, 30 reps
No time for Mary but we did plenty of ab work throughout

Prayers for peace, strength, continued growth of this and all our regional AOs, for this group of men to realize how impactful they are on so many people, and for God to give us strength and wisdom to increase our positive impact! After the Q, Pelosi brought up Romans, Chapter 5 and shared the scripture with me, and it resonated well, especially "…we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance, perseverance, character, and character, hope."
Thankful for this group and the shared suffering and character-building we are able to do together!
