Tha Thang:
Mosey to the turf field, where (3) cones were set up at the 50 yd line (in the rain). On each cone were (3) exercises for each pair to complete Dora Style. As one PAX does the exercise, the other completes burpees according to the cone number (1, 2 or 3), and then runs to the end zone and back. Exercises included:
Cone 1 – 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats
Cone 2 – 100 Tricept Dips, 200 Plank Jacks, 300 Curtsey Lunges
Cone 3 – 100 Hello Dollys, 200 Mountain Climbers, 300 Raggedy Anns
IF a pair completes all (3) Dora Dora Doras, they had the choice to run a lap of the home side bleachers or bear crawl to the endzone and back. Nobody finished all (3) Doras, but ArmRest and Radar decided to run the bleachers anyway…!
Rally back at the flag – note the rain had stopped by then!
Finished up with some good old fashioned Boat/Canoe!
