Mosey to Second Light Pole to grab Cindy
** Here is where we noticed that someone decided to rearrange Cindy's Bedroom…and stacked every coupon we had on top of each other and slapped a tombstone in the front, stack was pretty impressive, not mentioning any names but, "cough,cough" Sakrete did it!
Tha Thang:
We had 5 cones set up about 15 yards apart, and 6 Exercises on the Weinke. Exercises- OHPs, Curls, Squats, WWIII, Tri Ext, and KB's. Starting at Cone 1 with OHP's each HIM had to complete 3 burpees, and 10 OHP's. Bear Crawl drag Cindy to Cone 2, Run to Cone 1 and back, 3 Burpees, 10 OHP's, Bear Crawl drag Cindy to Cone 3, Run to Cone 1 and back, 3 Burpees, 10 OHP's…You get the idea…Once we made it to the end, changed direction with Curls and repeated the process…We made it to WWIII's Underground Style…Great Work by all!
