Wake Cindy up and rifle carry to front of church under first awning leading into main sanctuary.

Station 1 First awning

At station 1 do 10 curls. Run to station 2 and do 10 Carolina Dru Docks. Run to station 3 and do 10 squats. Run back to station 1 and do 1 Burpee. Rinse and repeat adding 10 reps each round. Close each round by adding a burpee. Round 2 20 reps each station and 2 burpees. round 3 30 reps and 3 burpees

Everyone got through 5 rounds except Miyagi-son who did 6. Dude was absolutely on FIRE.

Last round of squats was done on Q.

YHC had a preblast that stated lots of running, lots of arms, minimal legs and burpees would depend on you. No lies detected despite PAX constant complaints.

Following last round of burpees rifle carry Cindy home.

Stop at wooden posts and do 50 calf raises. Back at flag 50 LBCs. Stretching at end.
