Used a timer to complete 10 exercises. We worked for 2 minutes and rested for 30 seconds until completing all 10 exercises. The last 4 exercises were called out on Q or in cadence.

Put Cindy away and jogged back to the flag the long way. Completed 5 rooster penalty burpees what we got back to the flag.
