Tha Thang:
Tire was the timer: 1 person at a time "Group must complete the first tire exercise before moving to next exercise"
Farmer carry- to the cone and back
Tire Flips- x 5
Deadlifts- x25
Step up- 20 each leg= 40 total
When person wasn't performing the tire workout:
Upper Body:
Chest Press
OH Press (modified to WW2)
Up Rt Row
Curls
OH Triceps Extension
After everyone perform a tire exercise then we switched to:
Lower Body:
Squats
RDL's
Lateral Lunge
Calf Raises
Rinse and repeat until we did all 4 tire exercises
Had time left so we did leg raise and 6 Inches to "Bring Sally Up"
