TABATA style workout. 42 movements, each movement consisted of 42 seconds of work and 18 seconds of rest. 1 minute break halfway through the movements. Movements completed included: SSH, Arm Circles, RTR, TTT, Burpees, curls, Cindy squats, BBS, Cindy swings, OHP, lunges, flutters, HR merkins, J lo’s, Thrusters, calf raises, LBCs, plank, reverse crunches, incline merkins, jump squats, monkey humpers, Freddy jerks, chest press, WWIII, mountain climbers, imperial walkers, decline merkins, back scratchers, windshield wipers, Michael Phelps, plank jacks, bent over rows, bear crawl, Bonnie Blair’s, American hammers, and dips. The only exercise we repeated was burpees, for a total of 42. Great push by all the PAX!
