It was chilly, so why don’t we start with a Slaughter Start + 1. 21 Burpees. Little Blue Pill skipped these.
Cossack, Runner’s Stretch, Golfer’s Stretch, Leg Stretches on the ground, and I think that might’ve been it.

Bulgarian Split Squats – at the benches, 10 reps per leg
Overhead Press w/ Sandbags – 10 reps, weights varied between 40#-60#
Merkins, Underground Style – 10 reps
Bobby Hurleys, aka Jump Squats with hands hitting the ground – 10 reps
Sprints – from the far edge of the bricks to the entry of the Tree of Life circle
Then mosey to the dark cul-de-sac and back to the flag. Rinse and Repeat.
DJ led the way, by a lot. YHC was in round 6 when time was called.
