Explain the routine

Tha Thang:
2 timers moving across the bricks with sandbags. 1 goes in 1 direction with sandbag reverse overhead toss. The other moves in the other direction with sandbag forward throws. Both timers need to be finished prior to rotation.

Stations divided onto either side of the brick road.
Flag side:
Side bends with 50# kb sandbag
Bear Crawl around the flag circle
KB swings with 44#, 50#, or 53# kb sandbag
Battle Rope

Building Side:
Gnomes
Dips on the bench
Straight Leg Deadlift
High Pulls (corrected by LBP from Power Cleans … he’s a professional)
Step Ups with Sandbags

As you cross the bricks, you have to be one of the timers. Intent was this would be a Figure 8 kind of motion as you work through the stations, hitting the timer twice (one forward throw, one reverse toss) to make a full lap. YHC messed up the rotation direction on the building side though which disrupted the smooth flow of the intent of this workout. #AAR

Also, need to provide lighter sandbag weight options to allow for modifying #AAR

COT:
Consulted the can, though YHC took the liberty of not drawing a card and instead doing another Slaughter Start (or Finish?) +1 to get 42 burpees for my 42nd bday this week.

Others had typical can cards … the sequence of V-Ups, Dying Cockroaches, and X-Men Crunches was a little too perfect to be a coincidence.
