Line up at first pole
30 reps total of arms, legs, core
Start at 50% mosey for two poles. Get to end, rest a moment, slow mosey back.
Repeat with different exercises, next run a bit faster, until moving at 90-100% speed. The idea was to build up to sprints slowly and stretch in between as needed to help prevent injury.
