Tha Thang:
Deconstructed burpees: pyramid style . Increasing reps 5-30 by 5s and back down. Alternating runs to other side of field.
5 exercises for each set. Squats(hands touch ground), merkins, plank jacks, two scoops(or jungle boys), pickle pointers. Mary if you finish all sets.
