One partner is doing suicide burpees (10 yard intervals / 4 lines), while the other partner is doing exercises. Swap out after a burpee suicide is done. Each exercise lasted 4.5 minutes.
Exercises were Merkins, O/H presses, Curls, Single Arm Bent Rows, Cindy Swings, Squats with Cindy, Lunge with Cindy, Big Boys.
Finished with one song of Mary – Return of the Mack… LBCs through song except flutters during chorus.
