Right over left leg hamstring, left over right; Through the Tunnels, Don Coyotes, Plank, Under the Fence, Downward Dog, Runner Stretch right and left, right arm up, left arm up, Calf Raise, SSH, mosey around the church to get to Cindy
Tha Thang:
Two teams, individual PAX from each team murder bunny length of shed and stack Cindys then run back to start line. Whole team finishes first wins. Losing team does 10 burpees, winning team does 5. Next round, run to stack, unstack Cindy murder bunny back. Whole team done first wins
Cindy carry PAX choice. Relocate to area around the flag.
Burpee Kickball
Same teams. 2 cones spaced out creating home gate. 2 more cones placed 30ish yards away creating target gate.
Kicking team kicks ball, whole team runs to target gate and then runs back through home gate. All must run through the cones to count. If all make it without getting tagged by the ball, then kicking team has no burpees.
Kicking team does 1 burpee for every teammate tagged out. If defense catches kicked ball, no running, kicking team does full teams count of burpees.
Defense does 1 burpee for every kicking teammate that makes it home. No burpees if all are tagged out
Once everyone on the team gets a chance to kick, switch sides defense switches to kicking team
