Start Mosey toward the pull-up bars. Stopped for TTT and did some High knees on the way.
At Pull-up bar each pax did 10 pull ups while the others performed arm circles.
Now we were warm
Tha Thang:
Mosey to the Bridge.
Bear crawl bridge.
11’s at the light pole with Burpees (some did navy seal burpees) and Freddy Mercs
Moseyed back toward the flag and made a stop for dips and for PAX to finish the 11’s.
Suicides between the circle and the flag to bring it in.
