Run the mile circuit, 5 stops on the 1/2 mile out, same 5 on the 1/2 mile back. 5 burpees at each plus 5 burpees at the start and end is 60 burpees.
Then 5 pull-ups/10 burpees/20 squats .. aim for 10 rounds.
Then another mile burpees run. 220 burpees total.
Now it's time to go workout.

Why do Extra Credit? In order to keep accelerating in our Fitness, you may need to find ways to push yourself. Early workouts definitely do that. January Sucks challenges do it. But you need to commit to the EC for it to have that affect. The good thing is there are already a group of us doing it so you won't do it alone.
