Grab Cindy and head to the parking lot. Numbers 1 to 5. Number 1 is runner , 2 is farmer carry, 3 is in 1st corner doing thrusters, 4 is in 2nd corner doing bock over head heels to heaven. 5th is in the 3rd corner of the lot doing straight leg dead lifts with Cindy. 1 has to catch 2 doing the farmers carries, then 2 goes to 3 and so on…. 2 rounds.
