We woke up Cindy, and grabbed 2 bricks for the beatdown this morning. We started not quite the halfway mark of the track, left Cindy at the starting point, and ran the bricks to the opposite side of the track (hallelujah run-arms raised) and ran back to the starting point. This is where the Fun began.
At the starting point we completed 30 Chest press, 25 Dips, 20 WWII's, and 10 Merks. After the exercise set we ran to the other side stopping at the cone in the middle for 3 Burpees, and continued running to the small bricks.
Here we completed 20 Lat raises, 20 Front raises, and 20 OH Claps with the bricks. After completion, run the track back to the starting point to Rinse and Repeat…
Great work by all, made it to 4 exercise sets…I think…Performed 5 penalty Burpees at the end due to a tardy student…
