Mosey to Cindy and then staged at Station 1
For this cookie themed workout the pax did something slightly hard at station 1, then mosey’d to station 2 to work off some fluff, then mosey to station 3 for another slightly hard exercise. Stations were linear and Pax repeated station 2 on the way back.
Station 1 was always Squats or Modified Squat to Press for 25 Reps
Station 2 was 40ish yards away and was always an Ab exercise (working on our fluffy middles)
Station 3 was always monkey humpers for 25 reps
Station 2 changed each set and was as follows: flutter kicks @25×2, rosalitas @25×2, box cutters @25×2, then we switched to double stuffed for WW2’s@50×2, Hammers @50×2, LBC’s @50×2, ABC’s @26×1 for the finish.
